Homemade Fish Chowder

burgerFrank has been known for his “Pub Style Burger” for more than 25 years now. If anyone knows a burger, its Frank. Take the time to try this fresh spin on a simple burger.

Ingredients:

4 large hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
1 / 4 cup breadcrumbs
3 / 4 cup sour cream
1 / 4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 / 4 cup Chives(chopped )
1 / 4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 / 4 cup horseradish
1 / 4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Mix applesauce, sour cream, horseradish, breadcrumbs, pepper and chives. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine meat, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape meat into four patties, decent size. Coat each one in the olive oil and bake in a pan until it reaches your desired doneness. When assembling the burger, place some horseradish mixture on top of the cake, then top with bread rolls.
